Delivery Charges
· Enjoy free doorstep delivery within Singapore island (excludes Central Business District - CBD) when your order total from Petmart is $100 or above.
· Enjoy free doorstep delivery to addresses in Central Business District when your order total from Petmart is $150 or above.
· For Petmart orders below the minimum purchase value, a standard delivery fee of $20 applies.
· Delivery fee (if applicable) shall be added to your order summary upon checkout.
Delivery Fulfilment
· Between 1- 5 business days from date of order between Mondays and Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays
· Our delivery hours are from 10am – 10pm from Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays
· Delivery dates and time slots will be assigned based on the earliest availability via email or Whatsapp.
· Petmart offers the option to leave Customer’s order items at doorstep if Customer is uncontactable or unavailable to receive them. Please indicate your approval before checkout.
· An administrative fee of $15 applies in the event of unsuccessful delivery or postponement.
