1. The Laundry Club shall perform a final count and determination of type of garment at the Laundry Club HQ which will be confirmed with the customer. Any unconfirmed or disputed order shall be returned to the customer where a minimal delivery fee of $5 may apply.
2. To confirm the order, kindly confirm the final count and type of items and make the necessary payment.
3. While utmost care shall be taken to laundry your clothes, Laundry Club will not be responsible for colours running or fading, shrinkage, fabric weakness, loss or damage of button and buckles.
4. Normal turnaround time is 5 working days. This may take a bit longer during peak season.

For Curtains/Sofa Covers and Cushion Covers Cleaning
I hereby acknowledge that I have been advised that the cleaning of my curtains/sofa covers/cushion covers* is undertaken with the knowledge that The Laundry Club Pte Ltd cannot be responsible for any fabric damage, colour loss or shrinkage that may occur during the process of acceptable cleaning procedure or when following cleaning instructions on the Care Label.
For Black-out curtains, I accept that there are inherent risks with standard cleaning procedures and acknowledges that there is a hit risk of fabric damage to such curtains.
